Cambios y devoluciones

Para realizar un cambio debés enviar un correo electrónico a [email protected] o comunicarte al 3571524828 informando el motivo y el producto por el cual deseás realizar el cambio, siempre informando el número de pedido. De Lunes a Viernes de 09:00 a 19:00hs para coordinar tu cambio.

El producto debe estar en perfecto estado, sin uso, sin lavar y con su empaque original.

 

¿Cuál es el plazo para realizar un cambio?

Podés solicitar un cambio dentro de los 7 días luego de realizada la compra.

 

ENVÍOS

Se realizan a través de la empresa de transporte elegida, el costo de envío será mostrado en base al total de la compra y ubicación, en el checkout, en el momento previo a la compra.
